What does event pricing include?
Event packages cover the live engraving service, scheduled event time, standard setup and breakdown, planned staffing, and pre-event testing for the approved product and artwork. Products, travel, parking, venue fees, specialty power requirements, shipping, and custom production needs may be additional unless included in your proposal.
Are the products included in the package price?
No. Published package prices are for the live personalization activation. Carve & Burn can also source products and include them as a separate line item in your event proposal.
How many items can you engrave during an event?
Each package includes a planning capacity based on standard names, initials, or similarly simple personalization. Actual throughput depends on the product, artwork, engraving area, personalization length, guest flow, and event conditions. We recommend choosing a package based on your expected demand rather than treating the quantity as a guaranteed production minimum.
How long does each engraving take?
Simple names and initials can often be completed quickly, but timing varies by product material, engraving size, artwork, alignment, and guest request. We test the approved product before the event and use that test to build the event production plan.
Can guests choose their own engraving?
Yes. Depending on the event plan, guests can usually choose names, initials, monograms, short messages, or approved event designs. Personalization menus can be limited in advance to keep lines moving at higher-volume events.
Can you provide the products?
Yes. We can help source drinkware, wine accessories, leather goods, coasters, cutting boards, and other event gifts, then combine product branding and live personalization into one proposal.
Can we provide our own products?
In many cases, yes, but client-supplied products require advance approval and physical testing. Samples should be provided before the event so we can confirm laser compatibility, finish quality, positioning, and production timing.
What happens if our event is multi-day or exceeds 250 pieces?
Events lasting two or more days, programs expecting more than 250 personalizations in a day, or events requiring multiple stations are quoted as Enterprise Activations. We build a custom staffing, equipment, throughput, and logistics plan for the program.
Do you travel outside Miami?
Yes. We serve Miami and South Florida and can travel for select events. Travel, lodging, shipping, tolls, parking, and related logistics are quoted separately when applicable.
Can you engrave company logos?
Yes. Company logos, event graphics, monograms, and other approved artwork can be engraved when compatible with the selected product and event production plan.
