How do I place a personalized gift order?
Choose your product, add your personalization details, upload any artwork if needed, and complete checkout. If a design proof is required, we will send it before production.
Can I see a proof before my item is engraved?
Yes. For custom designs, logos, and more detailed personalization, we provide a design proof before engraving.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days after design approval. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

What can I personalize?
You can personalize many items with names, initials, dates, logos, messages, monograms, and custom artwork.
Do you engrave logos?
Yes. We engrave business logos, school logos, event logos, and organization marks. High-quality black-and-white artwork is preferred.
What file types work best for logos?
Vector files such as SVG, EPS, AI, or PDF are best. High-resolution PNG files may also work depending on the design.
Have a logo or custom design?
Send it to us and we’ll let you know if it is engraving-ready.

Can I bring my own item to be engraved?
Yes. We accept many bring-your-own items, including select tumblers, bottles, glassware, leatherette items, and gifts. All items must be reviewed before engraving.
Are all items engravable?
No. Some materials, coatings, shapes, and finishes may not be suitable for engraving. We will review your item before confirming.

How should I care for engraved drinkware?
Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the finish and engraving. Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking, and high heat.
How should I care for engraved cutting boards?
Hand wash only, dry immediately, and condition wood boards with food-safe mineral oil as needed. Do not place wood boards in the dishwasher.
Returns & Order Issues
Can personalized items be returned?
Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
Please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. If we made an error, we will work to make it right.
