Once a proof has been approved, Carve & Burn is not responsible for spelling, grammar, layout, or design errors that were visible in the approved proof.

7. Bring Your Own Item (BYO)

Customers who provide their own products for engraving acknowledge that engraving is performed at their own risk.

Although every reasonable precaution is taken, Carve & Burn is not responsible for:

  • Hidden manufacturing defects
  • Unknown coatings or finishes
  • Material inconsistencies
  • Breakage caused by product construction
  • Damage resulting from unknown material composition

We reserve the right to decline engraving any item that may be unsafe or unsuitable for customization.

8. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Quotes for corporate and bulk orders are valid for the time period specified in the quotation.

Production begins after artwork approval and payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom corporate orders are considered final once production has started.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as estimates only.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Carve & Burn is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Labor disruptions
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
