Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Personalized and Custom Items
Please note that personalized and custom items are made uniquely for you. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. If you believe your personalized item has arrived with an issue, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at info@carveandburn.com within 30 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- We’ll review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping details if your return is eligible.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@carveandburn.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@carveandburn.com.
