🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time—if so, we’ll reach out to keep you updated.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak holiday seasons (especially November–December), processing may take longer due to high volume.

📦 Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide from our location in Miami, Florida using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Local Pickup: Available for Miami-area customers (free)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

🛍️ In-Store Pickup (Miami Customers)

Prefer to pick up your order? You can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our Miami / Coral Gables location.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For special international requests, feel free to contact us at info@carveandburn.com.

📬 Delays & Lost Packages

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak season volume.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management.
  • For lost or damaged shipments, contact us right away at info@carveandburn.com. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue promptly.
