Frequently asked questions
Can you engrave our company logo?
Yes. Send a black-and-white logo; vector files (SVG, EPS, AI or PDF) work best. We email a proof before we engrave.
Can each gift have a different name?
Yes. Many companies put the logo on one side and each person's name on the other. Send the name list with your order.
Can you engrave items we supply?
Not at this time. To make sure every piece meets our quality standards, we only engrave items purchased from us, online or at our Miami showroom. For live engraving events, the event host can supply the products once we've tested a sample, or choose from our selection of event items, such as journals, keychains and luggage tags. Guests can't bring their own items to be engraved.
How long do corporate orders take?
Most orders are ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design proof. For large or dated orders, tell us your deadline before ordering and we'll confirm the timeline.
Do you engrave live at company events?
Yes. See live event engraving for packages and pricing.
Can you ship to each recipient?
We ship your order, or you can pick it up at our Miami studio, 4444 SW 71st Ave, Suite 106, starting Tuesday, November 17. Ask about shipping to multiple addresses when you request a quote.
