  • We engrave in Miami, usually 1–3 business days after you approve the design.
  • We ship with tracking. Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days and expedited about 2–3, or, starting Tuesday, November 17th, pick up free at our Miami studio at 4444 SW 71st Ave, Suite 106 (open Tuesday–Thursday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

Do you deliver to Fort Lauderdale?

We ship to Fort Lauderdale and anywhere in the U.S. with tracking. Standard shipping is about 3–5 business days and expedited about 2–3, after your order is engraved. Free pickup at our Miami studio resumes Tuesday, November 17th.

Can you meet a deadline for an event or holiday?

Contact us before ordering and tell us the date. We'll check our schedule and confirm in writing whether we can meet it. Rush production may be available for an extra fee.

Do you do live engraving at events in Broward?

We bring our laser to events in Miami and surrounding areas. Call or email with your date and venue and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

Can you engrave our company logo on gifts?

Yes. Vector files work best (SVG, EPS, AI or PDF); a high-resolution PNG often works too. See corporate holiday gifts.
