How fast can I get an engraved gift?

Most personalized orders are finished 3–5 business days after you approve the design. If you need it by a certain date, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm in writing.

Can you engrave our logo?

Yes. Send a vector file (SVG, EPS, AI or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG to info@carveandburn.com and we'll tell you if it's ready to engrave.

Do you bring live engraving to events in Hialeah?

Yes. We bring the laser to events across South Florida, including Hialeah, and personalize gifts for guests on the spot. Tell us your date, venue and guest count through the event request form and we'll send a quote.

Can you engrave something I already own?

At this time we only engrave items purchased from Carve & Burn, online or at our studio. The exception is live engraving events, where the event host can supply the products once we've tested a sample, or choose from our selection of event items, such as journals, keychains and luggage tags. Guests can't bring their own items to be engraved.
